As of September 1 2017, we will no longer take cash in-office unless it is for the exact amount. We will not have cash in the office to provide change. We accept checks, money orders and credit/debit cards.
On August 17, 2017, the Board of Directors for CCRWD13 voted to approve a new resolution that goes into effect immediately. The resolution states that if a customer's meter is turned off and locked out for non-payment, in addition to the $75.00 reconnect fee a $200.00 deposit will be required to restore service. These funds will be placed in a holding account. If the customer vacates the property, the deposit will be returned less any outstanding balance on the account.
