Clarified Cutoff Policy

As of the 2/20/25 Board Meeting, we have clarified our cutoff policy as follows:  All bills are due on the 15th of the month, any account not paid by the 15th will be assessed a 10% late penalty with a $10.00 minimum.  Any account not paid by the first day of the next month is subject to cutoff without further notice with a $75.00 reconnection fee applied.
