Online Bill Payment
Simply click on the Pay Your Bill Now button and you will be directed to our bill payment service page. In order to set up the online payment option you will need the unique Security Code listed on your statement. You will be asked to create a password that you will use on returning visits. This service is free to the public. **Please note: It may take 48 hours for your payment information to update on the site.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill to PO Box 34, Cookson, OK 74427.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up automatic bank draft, click on the Pay Your Bill Now button, create a log in using your e-mail address and a password set by you. Once you have established your account you will enter your personal information and set up your banking account information along with the date on which you would like the recurring payment to be withdrawn. Please keep in mind that the due date is the 15th of the month and schedule your payments accordingly.
Payment Drop-off Location
There is a payment drop box located at the west gate near the entrance to the billing office. This is a safe payment drop off location that is checked often. Please be sure to leave your account number with your payment. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CASH!
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
