As required by Section 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that Rural Water District 13 of Cherokee County, Cookson, Oklahoma will hold their Annual Meeting on April 20, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at the TACO Building, 32247 S 540 Rd, Cookson, OK.

Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the Participating Members at the above meeting:

5. Annual Audit Report
6. Approval of 2023 Budget
7. Election of Director Position #2 and Director Position #3. Certified letter of intent to run must be received by 4/14/2023.
