Buisness Office Closed/ Annual Meeting Postponed

After careful thought, and in consideration of the safety of our staff and customers the Board of Directors has determined to temporarily suspend business office hours. Payments may be left in the drop box (which will continue to be checked regularly), mailed to PO Box 34, Cookson, OK 74427, made on our website at www.cherokee13.com, or by calling our office number at 918-457-4690.
In addition, due to recommendations by public health officials concerning social gatherings, we have deemed it necessary to postpone both the Annual Meeting and Regular Meeting of Members scheduled for April 16, 2020. Public notice will be given when the meeting date is rescheduled. Anyone wishing to submit their Certified Letter of application for Board Member seats is welcome to do so in the mean time. Letters should be mailed to PO Box 34, Cookson, OK 74427.
